II. User Code of Conduct

4.3 If the User violates the terms of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, malicious order manipulation, exploiting platform or payment vulnerabilities to illicitly obtain membership benefits, or fraudulently obtaining service quotas), the Platform reserves the right to freeze the User's account, revoke illicitly obtained membership benefits, and pursue legal liability; no fees already paid by the User shall be refunded.

V. Disclaimer

5.1 Prompts provided by this Website are for reference only; the Website makes no guarantees regarding their accuracy, completeness, suitability, or the quality of generated images. The User bears sole responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of these prompts (including, but not limited to, disputes over image content, account suspension on third-party platforms, or infringement claims related to commercial use).

5.2 This Website is not responsible for the service stability, legality, or image generation results of third-party AI art platforms. Any disputes between the User and third-party platforms are unrelated to this Website.

5.3 This Website shall not be liable for compensation in the event of service interruptions, loss of quota data, or payment anomalies caused by force majeure (such as network failures, server outages, policy changes, or payment platform malfunctions); however, the Website will make reasonable efforts to mitigate losses incurred by the User (e.g., by restoring quotas or repairing data).

VI. Modification and Termination of Agreement

6.1 This Website reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement (including quota rules, payment terms, etc.) as necessary. Users will be notified of any modifications via website announcements or in-site messages. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement; if a User does not agree, they must immediately cease using the service and may apply to close their account (purchased quotas will be handled through negotiation based on actual usage).
